Sono una fotografa in ambito astratto. Dopo anni di ricerca della bellezza nascosta nel campo del ritratto fotografico, in cui il tema della bellezza comune e diversa era un punto focale del mio lavoro, ho voluto andare oltre la forma e abbattere i confini, scegliendo soggetti della realtà quotidiana che solitamente passano inosservati.

Affascinata dall’uso del colore di Franco Fontana e dalla sua ricerca di “ciò che non si vede”, ho voluto smaterializzare ulteriormente la realtà attorno a me creando immagini astratte in cui rendere visibile l’invisibile.

Focalizzandomi su piccoli dettagli insignificanti estrapolati dal reale, come muri scrostati, muffe, blocchi di colore, creo composizioni astratte che incuriosiscono l’osservatore portandolo a prendersi del tempo per riflettere su ciò che ha davanti e a leggere in esso una sua personale interpretazione.

I am an abstract photographer. After years of searching for hidden beauty in the photographic portrait field, in which the theme of common and different beauty was a focal point of my work, I wanted to go beyond the form and break down the boundaries, choosing subjects from everyday reality that usually go unnoticed .

Fascinated by Franco Fontana's use of color and his search for "what cannot be seen", I wanted to further dematerialize the reality around me by creating abstract images in which to make the invisible visible.

Focusing on small insignificant details extrapolated from reality, such as peeling walls, mold, blocks of color, I create abstract compositions that intrigue the observer, leading him to take the time to reflect on what is in front of him and to read his own personal interpretation in it.
